Cozy 1 bedroom apartment in the basement of a family home in Randolph close to Blue Hills Recreational Area and Braintree Mall. Off-street parking in the driveway for 2 cars. Only 6 minutes from Braintree Municipal Golf Course; 8 minutes to Braintree Mall and AMC Theaters; 12 minutes to Blue Hills Ski and hiking trails; 21 minutes to Wollaston Beach; 23 minutes to downtown Boston. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom, as well as an open area kitchen and living room. We provide linens, towels, soap, coffee and kitchen essentials. At the end of the driveway on the left is a gate that leads to the entry for the apartment. The exterior door to the apartment is at the rear of the house. Upon opening the exterior door, descend the stairs to the interior door and enter. You will need to get around via car or Uber/Lyft. The apartment is driveable to many things but not walkable.
